7 REASONS YOU SHOULD INVEST IN YOUR EMPLOYEES’ EDUCATION

1. IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY

Better-educated employees tend to be more productive than less educated ones.

2. INCREASED PROFITABILITY

More productive employees increase your bottom line.

3. BETTER WORK QUALITY

Poor work performance is often the result of skill gaps. Workforce education programs can help identify and fill those gaps, resulting in better quality work outcomes and happier employees.

4. EMPLOYEE RETENTION

Commitment to the training and development your employees is a critical factor in retaining – and attracting – high performing employees. As an employer, you know all too well that frequent turnover is costly.

5. DECREASED ABSENTEEISM

Employee absences = lost productivity. Better-educated, happier employees tend to miss fewer days of work.

6. BECAUSE YOU VALUE PROGRESS

When companies invest in their employees’ training and education it demonstrates that they value their people and their contributions to the organization’s success. It also sends the message that your company values both individual and organization achievement.

7. IT’S WORTH IT

Do the math. Furthering your employees’ education is good for business.
